We provide end to end processes for SL which starts from the Lead of Loan till Disbursement. Departments including Sales/Branch/Phone Banking, External Agency Management Unit (EAMU), Vigilance Unit, Credit Initiation Unit (CIU) & Consumer Operations (CO) and Vault.

For analysis we need to go through current Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for individual department with their Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the units.
