We provide end to end processes for RF which starts from the Lead of Loan till Disbursement. Departments including Sales/Branch/Phone Banking, External Agency Management Unit (EAMU), Vigilance Unit, Credit Initiation Unit (CIU) & Consumer Operations (CO) and Vault.

For analysis we need to go through current Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for individual department with their Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the units. In addition in RF we need to go through the main Banking system & SLA with Information Technology (IT).
