We provide end to end processes for AL which starts from the Lead of Loan till Disbursement. Departments including Sales/Branch/Phone Banking, External Agency Management Unit (EAMU), Vigilance Unit, Credit Initiation Unit (CIU) & Consumer Operations (CO) and vault.

For analysis we need to go through current Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for individual department with their Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the units.

We also analyse Collateral management time lines, Dealer process flow for New and Used Cars, Dealer vs Bank SLA and Manufacturer SLA and agreement.
