Account Opening

We provide end to end processes for AO which starts from the Lead of Account Opening till Account number generation. Departments including Sales/Branch/Phone Banking and Centralized Operations Unit (COU) and Vault.

For analysis we need to go through current Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for individual department with their Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the units and customers. In addition we go through the three most significant steps for AO processes including obtaining of required documents, proper introduction of accounts and complete KYC details including limited concern and limited bodies. In AO we also need to go through the main Banking system & SLA with Information Technology (IT).
