Asadullah Beg – Chief Executive Officer

Asadullah Beg is an accomplished MBA graduate and a dynamic senior banking professional with over two decades of extensive cross-operational experience in banking and financial services. With a distinguished track record in managing operations and implementing governance and control frameworks, he has established himself as a leader in the global financial services sector.

A seasoned expert in Consumer and Retail Banking, Asad brings over 24 years of specialised experience in all aspects of conventional Consumer and SME banking. Over the years, he has held key leadership roles in prominent financial institutions:

  • Standard Chartered Bank: He began his career in 1990, where he spent 14 years excelling across various units, including Treasury, Custodial Services, Branch Operations, and Consumer Operations.
  • United Bank Ltd: Served as Vice President/Country Asset Operations Head, successfully launching Consumer Products as a core team and steering committee member.
  • NIB Bank: Held the position of Senior Vice President/Consumer Operations Head, contributing to the successful launch of Consumer Products.
  • Allied Bank Ltd: Worked as Senior Vice President/Group Head of Consumer Operations, playing a pivotal role as a core team and steering committee member.
  • United Bank Ltd (UAE): Led as Head of Consumer Asset Operations and Centralised Processing Unit, overseeing transformative operational strategies.

Asad was a core team member for the implementation of the Symbols Core Banking System and has played a pivotal role in launching Consumer Products across four different banks. His expertise encompasses end-to-end system automation and banking operations processes, with a deep understanding of retail assets and liabilities operations.

Renowned for his exceptional leadership qualities, Asad has a proven ability to develop strategies for turnaround situations, crisis management, and achieving successful outcomes in culturally diverse environments. His innovative approach to operations and service delivery has driven business recovery and growth, consistently earning him trust for complex assignments requiring a strategic vision from concept to completion.

Additionally, he has completed Diplomas in Advanced Banking, Digital Banking, Project Management, & Business Analysis & Process Management, further showcasing his expertise in navigating complex operational and rational domains from the United Kingdom.

Asad excels in building and leading high-performing teams. With his strategic mindset and people-focused approach, he has been instrumental in fostering organisational excellence and driving large-scale responsibilities to successful outcomes

Shabnam Asad – Director & Founding Member

Group Head of Human Resources & Administration

Shabnam Asad is a Director and Founding Member of FinSysCon, serving as the Group Head of Human Resources & Administration. With a strong academic foundation, she holds a graduate degree and has completed specialised diplomas in Human Resources and Business Administration from the United Kingdom.

In her role, Shabnam oversees all aspects of the company’s administration and human resources functions, including budget planning, recruitment, and resource management. A highly organised professional, she excels in scheduling meetings and events, supervising staff, and delegating responsibilities to ensure operational efficiency.

Shabnam is also adept at resolving technical issues related to administration and human resources, ensuring smooth and effective processes across the organisation. Her strategic approach and leadership have been instrumental in supporting FinSysCon’s growth and fostering a collaborative workplace environment.

Ayesha Asad – Director & Founding Member

Group Head of Project Management & Service Design

Ayesha Asad is a Director and Founding Member of FinSysCon, serving as the Group Head of Project Management & Service Design, where she brings a wealth of expertise in these fields. She holds an Advanced Banking Diploma. Additionally, Ayesha has pursued specialised training in Project Management and various professional courses from the United Kingdom, including Business Process Reengineering, Process Improvements, Mortgages, Risk and Digital Banking, Business Analysis & Process Management, Information Systems and Business Processes.

In her role, Ayesha is responsible for directing, planning, coordinating, and managing the organisation’s operational activities. She plays a key role in formulating policies and strategies that align with the company’s objectives, ensuring the achievement of both short- and long-term goals.

Ayesha’s work often takes her to regional, national, and international customer offices, where she participates in meetings, conferences, and collaborative initiatives. Her primary focus lies in overseeing smooth end-to-end operations for process reengineering within client organisations, enabling them to achieve greater efficiency and business success.

Muhammad Abdullah Beg – Director & Founding Member

Group Head of Product Design and Business Process Management

Muhammad Abdullah Beg is a Director and Founding Member of FinSysCon, serving as the Group Head of Product Design and Business Process Management. He has completed a comprehensive array of professional qualifications, including diplomas in Advanced Banking Level, Retail Banking, KYC & AML (CRM), Global Islamic Finance & Banking, Business Process Reengineering, Documenting Business Processes, and Information Systems and Business Analysis in Process Management & Process Modelling from the United Kingdom.

In his role, Abdullah oversees product design and serves as a critical link between the company and its customers as a business analyst. His responsibilities include coordinating operations, managing financial performance, and setting the strategic direction of business initiatives. Abdullah plays a pivotal role in leading meetings, analysing business reports, and managing projects in alignment with company policies.

As the frontline executive, he ensures seamless communication between system analysts and customer requirements, enabling the automation and streamlining of processes tailored to customer needs. His work often involves visits to regional, national, and international customer offices to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
